Belgacom

These ads are for Belgacom, a grant Belgic telephone, internet and TV provider. These ads in particular are promotional for the Belgacom TV, which can be viewed in HD. Since this was completely new back then, the voice over says: "See what others don't see, thanks to HD on Belgacom TV"
